Hey dad,

Baha man thats no fun that you have to go back to work. We sure do appreciate all you do though. I'm so glad yall had so much fun at the beach. That's awesome. I'm excited for yours and moms mission plan too. I'm sure yall have read it already bu theres a great section in Preach My Gospel about mission plans. Tell everyone at home i said hi as well. T

ransfers are tomorrow. I'm stayin in price and getting a new comp, elder Hultgrenn. He's from sweden i believe. We came out together but i never knew him in the mtc or anything. I'm really excited about it, he's awesome. The two elders we live with aren't obedient at all in anything ha and they are both stayin together also so that's kinda a bummer but it is what it is i guess. There's a reason for it. I guess we're still supposed to learn somethin from eachother. While i'm thinkin about it, i'm gonna have to get a new suit case before next transfers Ha One of them ripped clear through durin last transfer. I'll start lookin around now though and see what one is gonna run.

Oh! Baha so i caught a prairie dog the other day. I made a trap out of some hangers, a milk crate and a dinner plate (made it like a regular rabbit trap where the door comes down when they go in) and it worked! It was pretty funny. Long story short it got out before i could kill it but i was gonna try skinnin it. That woulda been cool.

Thats awesome that you finished the Book of Mormon and started again. And the New Testament. I've really been trying to get a ton out of this time through the BOM so i've been studyin it nice and slow and usin like the institute manual with it and stuff and man! What a difference! It's amazing how much more you get out of it each time huh? I've been readin for over a month now and am only in the beginning of mossiah. I love king benjamins address! I keep readin it over and over cause its so good. It speaks so much about the nature of man and reliance on the Lord and such and i've thoroughly enjoyed it. I can truly add my wittness to yours about the divinity and truthfulness of them. They're quite good aren't they? :) Anyways, love you dad. Thanks for all you do/have done for me and the example you are. Couldn't do it without you.

OH! Holy cow! Also! Starting in august, all missionaries will start studying a specific course three months before they come to the mtc. It's called the simplified curriculum (we use it all the time) but they'll have like a work book to do and such, their trainers in the field will have a similar one and they will do 400-500% More teaching in the mtc. Crazy huh? I'll attache a letter president sent about it. :

Starting in August, all of our new missionaries will be coming into the mission having

been fully trained on the

Fundamentals From Preach My Gospel-Improving Teaching,

(simplified curriculum). This will be the first group that will have received this training.

They will have been working on becoming a better missionary for 3 months before arriving

at the MTC. They will have 400-500% more teaching time while at the MTC. After arriving

in our mission, they will continue their intense training for another 3 months with their

trainer and their workbooks entitled “

In-field Training for New Missionaries.”

Isn't that awesome? I'm pretty dang jealous.

One other thing (last thing i promise) We were at a house last night and i totally met garret graffs trainer! Small world huh? I was talkin about boiled peanuts cause i'm tryin to find somewhere that sells raw ones and he was like, "Boiled peanuts, Where are you from?" Ha and yeah, he trained garret in oregon. The boiled peanuts gave it away he said. Funny things happen in the church
